Schedule a strategy call

A conversation, not a sales call.

If you are arriving here without having done the assessment or a first program, a strategy call is the way in. It exists to help you figure out whether the Health Foundation cohort is the right next step, and it is fine if the answer is not yet.

Why a call

A safety net, not a hard sell.

Most women find their way in through the free Vitality Assessment™ and go at their own pace. The strategy call is for the woman who would rather start with a person: someone to talk through what she is navigating and whether this is the right place to begin.

You will not be pressured, and there is no script. If the Health Foundation is not the right fit right now, we will tell you, and point you somewhere that is.

What to expect

Educator framing, start to finish.

This is not coaching, accountability, or motivation for sale. It is a chance to get clear, together.

First
We listen
You tell us where you are, what changed, and what you have already tried. We start from your situation, not a template.
Then
We clarify fit
We walk through what the Health Foundation cohort involves and whether it maps to what you actually need right now.
Either way
You leave with a next step
A clear, honest recommendation. Sometimes that is the cohort. Sometimes it is starting smaller, or somewhere else entirely.

Request your call

Tell us where you are.

Share a little about what you are navigating and we will reach out by email to find a time that works. It is the qualifying path into the $1,997 public Health Foundation cohort, and a low-stakes way to ask your real questions first.

Prefer to start on your own? The Vitality Assessment™ is free, takes a few minutes, and gives you a personalized place to begin right away.

You know your body better than anyone, and you decide when it is time. Whenever that is, this is a warm, grounded conversation, held to an educator’s standard, and never a countdown or a guilt trip.
